1. Why do you claim to be the lowest priced when I find others offering less than you do in Montmartre?
We claim to be the best priced in the location where our studio is. Montmartre is a big district, but only a small portion can claim to be the Montmartre visitors want to see i.e. the Basilica of Sacre Coeur, the Artists’ Square, Amelie’s Abbesses, the Vineyards of Montmartre, etc.
Montmartre is a hill. One side of the hill is the one worth visiting, the Abbesses side. Most of the attractions are on top of the hill of Montmartre, the so called “Butte Montmartre”, where our studio is. If others offer less than 55 Euros (low season) or 60 Euros (high season) a night for two in “Montmartre”, find out where exactly they are located, how far they are from the Butte.
A lot of renters/owners claim they are in Montmartre only because their address has a 75018 postcode. Some are even a metro ride away from the real Montmartre. If their metro stops are or near Guy Moquet, Marx Dormoy, St Ouen, La Fourche stations, they are only “Montmartre” because of their postcode.

2. Can we pay the total rent via PayPal and not just the advance deposit ?
PayPal deducts an equivalent of 4.5% for every foreign currency transaction. If you are willing to add 4.5% to our quoted rates, we would accept total payment by PayPal. But if you only pay the deposit, NO need to add the 4.5% extra.
3. Is there an elevator in the building ?
Our flat is in a small building that is only two-storeys high. The studio is on the first floor (NOT ground floor, as you would say in North America), so really no need for an elevator.
4. You say you can accommodate 3 persons but there is only 1 double bed in the studio.How is the third person accommodated ?
The third person is provided with a mattress that is laid on the floor. The mattress can be easily put away on the side during the day. A surcharge of 15 Euros will be requested for the third person. Babies stay for free.
5. Is your area safe ?
As in most areas in Paris where tourists flock, police presence is more than average. Where our studio is, a police car patrols the streets every hour.
